from DaBears165: Devin Hester is an icon of the Chicago Bears. He gave berth to an era of bringing back punts and kickoffs for a touchdown. He made watching football exiting. Sadly it's a end of an era for Hester and the Bears. The Bears informed Hester that he would not be resigned making him a restricted free agent. People all over Chicago are disappointed including me but as we all know this is a business. Hester said that he would like to retire a Bears but as of now this was the last time we will see the "Windy City Flyer" in a Chicago Beats uniform. Farewell and Thank you for the wonderful memories.
