from the Associated Press: Rutgers fired basketball coach Mike Rice on Wednesday after a videotape aired showing him shoving, grabbing and throwing balls at players in practice and using gay slurs during practice.
To be honest, I gave Mike Rice the benefit of the doubt. Before seeing the video, I thought that this was the media hyping a story taken out of context. I thought maybe somebody was being overly sensitive.
This was before I saw the video.
IMHO. Mike Rice is a nutcase. Great for VlogHog. Not so much for coaching young people.
When they say someone needs in a kick in the pants, they don't mean it literally, Coach Rice.
