Working in the metro area of Los Angeles with it's 18.7 million people has it perks.

Being hot doesn't hurt either.

Had the best time at my first #StephaniesDay here on the @cbsla lot! It's an annual resource fair for families and children impacted by #autism and other special needs. The event provides valuable information, fun activities and a good time for all! Our General Manager, Steve Mauldin, started #StephaniesDay and named it after his daughter who was diagnosed with #autism when she was very young. Grateful to be part of this amazing event today as well as the #cbsla family!

In addition, she studied meteorology through Mississippi State University. While in college, she spent time as an intern for CBS both in Dallas and Los Angeles." 

Mississippi State may not have a lot of championships in sports but they produce awesome meteorologists.
