Throughout my college career, I had several internships - most notably, WCBS-TV in New York City during Summer 2006. In addition, I interned at NBC40 in Atlantic City, NJ during Summer 2007 and was active in Penn State's Campus Weather Service throughout all four years of college.

According to her website, Ms. Brooke graduated from Penn State with a BS in Meteorology in 2008.

From WMTW Channel 8: A New Jersey native, she’s been interested in weather as long as she can remember. Research projects always included tornadoes and blizzards, and she constantly tuned into The Weather Channel as a kid. Her favorite memory goes back to the Blizzard of 1996, when she was up through all hours of the night taking hourly snow measurements- at age 9.
