Debate Over Lowering Drinking Age Rages

Some people think lowering the drinking age will cut back on the dangers of binge drinking by young people. In case you don't know, binge drinking is when you drink a lot in short period of time. Well, I mean when you drink a lot of alcohol in a short period of time. As far as I know, drinking a lot of Yoo-Hoo is weird not dangerous.

According to this report from KXLY, via YouTube, some 100 college presidents believe lowering the drinking age to 18 will reduce binge drinking because, as you know, the younger you are the better decisions you make.
