Robin Meade got in the gym with fitness trainer Chris Powell from TV's "Extreme Makeover: Weight Loss Edition" to find out how to get a tight rear end. Powell says there are a lot of different exercises out there that people tout as the best for the bottom, but he says no exercise out there is better than the "good, old-fashioned squat."

 Robin Meade is a such a ham. 

 Not that I'm complaining.

from WTAE Pittsburgh: The one and only Ashley Dougherty.

Through the magic of the internet, I now can see Ashley Dougherty in Pittsburgh while I'm in Alabama. Twenty years ago, this wouldn't have been possible because I didn't have a computer then.

Now local media personalities have the ability to become international stars because of lowly bloggers like me. Granted Dougherty isn't going to become a star while being featured on this blog but you get the gist of what I'm saying.

Broadcasters in all size markets can have a following beyond their local markets. How will this effect there contracts? Will they be able to parlay this into financial opportunities? Will their station managers allow them to do this? Stay tuned.

Arasu works at KRON 4, along with fellow hot weather girls Jacqueline Bennett and Erica Kato. Wow.

The only thing I don't like about this video is all of the graphics on the screen.  They are completely unnecessary.  When are TV producers going to learn that people watch TV to see things not to read.
