Can you imagine being a judge? No, not a judge on American Idol. Can you imagine being a real court of law judge? No, not a Judge Joe Brown like judge either. Well, Judge John Hurley holds a bail hearing for a man who can only answer him by barking like a dog. Really.
The man in the video is charge with (among other things) shooting a man in the back with a shotgun. So, he treats his bail hearing with the all the seriousness it deserves by barking like a dog.
In my opinion, he might be trying to use an insanity as a defense but maybe he's actually nutty.
