Utah Criminal To Be Executed By Firing Squad

Unless Governor Gary R Herbert commutes his sentence, Ronnie Lee Gardner will be executed by firing squad June 18, 2010.

According to this video, Gardner will be the third person to die by firing squad in the United States since the US Supreme Court reinstated capital punishment waaaaaaaaaaaay back in the day in 1976.
