from ABC 13 in Houston: Police officers have arrested a driver after a chase through three counties and into south Houston.
According to Webster police, the chase began shortly before 9:30 a.m. Friday when a patrol officer caught a suspect attempting to break into a car at an Academy off the Gulf Freeway and NASA Parkway in the Webster area.
