It states on the WLFI website: Before working at WLFI, Amber was an assistant in the Ball State Meteorology and Climatology Lab for a year. She also worked at the Ball State Campus radio station WCRD 91.3 FM as a weather forecaster for a year and participated in Newslink Indiana, which is Ball State’s television news station, as a weather forecaster.
