In this video, she's working for NBC News and The Today Show but she's currently working for KPIX5 in San Francisco as an anchor.

From the AsianWeek.com :De La Cruz most recently worked for MSNBC, where she anchored, reported for and hosted ”First Look.” She also hosted NBC’s “Early Today” show and anchored and reported for KYMA, an NBC News affiliate in Yuma, Arizona. Prior to MSNBC, De La Cruz was at CNN Worldwide as an anchor and correspondent for “American Morning.”
