Horse Loose on Philly Streets

From the AP: A horse ran loose on several Philadelphia streets after its rider fell off in the city's Fairmount Park. It was captured after several people managed to stop the horse. (April 11)

It's too complicated to explain why it's faster but take my word for it, it's faster. (Complicated means I don't feel like typing much more about this.)
