From Fox News Insider: Hot, dry and windy conditions are making it difficult to contain wildfires in parts of Texas, which have so far consumed an estimated 80,000 to 100,000 acres. Jon Scott spoke to Jim Fowler, a firefighter in Fort Davis, Texas, on the ongoing efforts toward containment.
